It was a delight to meet new friends and visit with old friends. The seminars were informative. My only regret was that I couldn't go to all of them. I am trying to put to use all of the tips that we received from Sylvia Hubbard who taught a session on marketing. Check out her blog at http://www.sylviahubbard.blogspot.com Also, Barbara Joe Williams did a seminar on Self Publishing, www.barbarajoe.blogspot.com.

For those interested in writing for magazines, Barbara Harris from Shape Magazine, told us about Hot Buttons and understanding the market that you are writing for. She was also the keynote speaker at the banquet on Saturday night. I hope that you were as inspired by her address as I was.

If you live in the Tallahassee area, join us on the fourth Thursday of the month at 6:30p.m. on the Ground floor of the Tallahassee Senior Center, on the corner of 7th and North Monroe (1400 N.
